Is it legal to ride in India?
Yes — as an off-road machine. NEO bikes need no registration and no licence because they're ridden on private property, not public roads. Ride on your farm, field, ground or a private/off-road track with the owner's permission. They must never be ridden on public roads.
Where can my child ride it?
Any private, open, off-road space — a farm, field, empty ground, private plot or an off-road track. Always under adult supervision, in the included safety gear.
What age and height is each bike for?
50cc Minis: ages ~8–12, riders up to about 4'8". 125cc Automatic: ages 12+, taller kids & teens. 125cc Manual (4-speed): ages 14+, confident teens & adults. Each product page has a full age & height guide — and we're on WhatsApp if you're unsure.
Does it come assembled? How soon can we ride?
It ships 100% pre-assembled and engine-tested. We start and check every bike before dispatch. Add fuel, do a quick pre-ride check (we include a video), and you're riding in minutes — no workshop needed.
What if the engine won't start?
99% of the time it's a simple first-time step — choke position, fuel tap, or throttle. Our setup & starting video covers it, and if you're still stuck, message us on WhatsApp and a real person will walk you through it live.
Is it safe? What gear is included?
Every bike tops out under 40 km/h, with a smooth throttle and real disc brakes front & rear. Every box includes free safety gear — a helmet plus knee, elbow and wrist pads. Always ride with gear on, under adult supervision.
What warranty do I get?
A 2-year warranty on the frame & chassis — the heart of the bike. Genuine spare parts for everything else are always in stock and available on demand.
Are spare parts available?
Yes — we keep genuine NEO spares in stock and ship them across India on demand. Message us on WhatsApp with your model and the part you need.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery and EMI?
Yes — Cash on Delivery and Easy EMI are both available at checkout, alongside UPI, cards and net-banking. Every order comes with a GST invoice.
What's your return / replacement policy?
Because every bike is tested before it ships, issues are rare. If there's a manufacturing defect, tell us within 2 hours of delivery and we'll sort a replacement. Please record your unboxing — it makes any claim instant and hassle-free.
How fast is delivery? Do you ship pan-India?
Free delivery across Bangalore and all of India. We dispatch quickly and share tracking so you always know where your bike is.
Petrol or electric? 2-stroke vs 4-stroke?
Our bikes are petrol-powered. The 50cc Minis are 2-stroke (light, punchy, simple). The 125cc bikes are 4-stroke (smoother, more torque). Each product page lists the exact engine.
How much maintenance does it need?
Very little — fuel it, keep the chain clean and oiled, and check the tyres. It's a real machine, so basic care keeps it running for years. We include guidance and are always on WhatsApp.
Is the product genuine? Do I get a bill?
